Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Serious Mayhem LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website seriousmayhem.com, the game Moron Mayhem at moronmayhem.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

In-Game Purchases

- Virtual Items are digital content licensed to you, not sold. You do not own Virtual Items.
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other tangible goods.
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.
- Prices for Virtual Items may change at any time.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Your use of these payment services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Refund Policy
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of a Virtual Item, contact us at support@seriousmayhem.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, code, and software, are owned by Serious Mayhem LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content through our Services (such as chat messages, usernames, or other user-generated content). By submitting content, you:
- Represent that your content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services
- Acknowledge that we may remove or moderate content at our discretion

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serious Mayhem LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
